The business to be discussed at the AGM is:
(a) considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolution as a special resolution:
Special Resolution - Amendment of the Constitution
That pursuant to Rule 25 of the Constitution, the amendments to the Constitution attached to the Notice of Meeting dated 6 September 2010 are approved and adopted by the Association, and the Constitution should be amended accordingly.
