Call for juniors for 2012 Breakers Rep teams
expressions of interest sought from junior players
The KFC QLD Breakers committee is seeking expressions of interest from players wishing to be considered for selection into KFC QLD Breakers Junior Teams (girls and boys) to compete at National Club Championships.
- 16 & Under Canberra Tuesday 2 – Sunday 7 October 2012 ** OPEN until 5pm 28 March **
- 18 & Under Canberra Tuesday 10 – Sunday 15 April 2012 ** CLOSED **
- 14 & Under Perth Friday 6 - Tuesday 10 April 2012 ** CLOSED **
Player Squads will initially be selected at the State Club Championships. You will be advised of the outcome of the call for interest and the allocated coach of the team/s for which you wish to be considered. The coach will forward information outlining the training program and selection process.
Players would be required to commit to the following:
- Training sessions prior to championship which will include pool training costs
- Purchase of compulsory uniform (Breaker’s championship T-shirt, togs)
- Player fees which would include equal distribution of airfare travel (where applicable), team nomination for tournament, officials’ expenses, transport, accommodation and food costs for duration of tournament.
