• It's not too late to nominate for Breakers 2012 16 Yrs rep teams

At this stage, the club has received twenty expressions of interest from male players and eleven female players in the 16 & Under age group wishing to be considered for selection in these 16yrs rep teams.

The KFC QLD Breakers committee has decided it would like to provide an opportunity for more players and coaches to participate in this tournament so the club will be accepting expressions of interest until 5pm Wed 27 June 2012.

Preference will be given to ‘age' players and younger players will be considered for the remaining positions. Players would be required to commit to the following:

1. Training sessions prior to championship which will include pool training costs
2. Purchase of compulsory uniform (Breaker’s championship T-shirt, togs)
3. Player fees which would include equal distribution of the team nomination, pool entry and officials’ expenses for the tournament. 

For these teams to proceed, each team requires a coach, manager and referee. At this stage, only one EOI for Coach (Boys team) has been recieved. For the club to have 3 teams being represented we will require additional coaches. Only when coaches are appointed can information outlining the training program and selection process be forwarded to players.
