QLD Breakers announces Hot Designs as our 2012/13 Uniform sponsor

The committee would like to announce HOT DESIGNS as the club's new uniform sponsor for the 2012 and 2013 NWPL seasons.

HOT DESIGNS is a leader in the design and manufacture of sports clothing. They specialise in professionally designed sublimated clothing for all sports from cycling to triathlon clothing to water polo swimwear. Their swimwear is constructed from chlorine resistant fabric, made to withstand the physicality of water polo.

Coaches named for 2012 NWPL season

Duncan Greenbank(Men) and Martin O'Brien(Women) have been named the QLD Breakers coaches for 2012 NWPL season. Training is underway now at Centenary Pool on Monday and Wednesdays for women and Tuesday and Thursdays for men.

2012 nugget cup

KFC Queensland Breakers are holding their Nugget Cup competition commencing in February of the 2012 NWPL season and we are seeking junior players, both boys and girls, born 1995 and later to participate in the 2012 KFC QLD Breakers Junior Nuggets Cup program.

As a KFC QLD Breaker Nugget member you will be allocated into one of 4 teams which will play in a round robin competition prior to the Saturday night home games of KFC Queensland Breakers National League Men’s and Women’s teams. Information has been sent to clubs. Download membership form and email to Wendy Goode, our Junior Breakers coordinator by 5pm Friday 9th December.

expressions of interest FOR 2012 14 YEARS AND 18 YEARS CLUB NATIONALS

The KFC QLD Breakers committee is seeking expressions of interest from players in the 14 & Under and 18 & Under age groups wishing to be considered for selection into KFC Queensland Breakers Junior Teams (girls and boys) to compete at the following National Club Championships.

Under 14 - Perth - Friday 6 - Tuesday 10 April 2012
Under 18 - Canberra - Tuesday 10 – Sunday 15 April 2012

Player Squads will initially be selected at the upcoming U14 and U18 State Championships. Information has been sent to our feeder clubs and schools. Download form and email to our junior Breakers cordinator.

2012 nwpl season launch - wed 25 jan from 6pm at the jubilee hotel

Keep Wednesday evening on 25th January free for the KFC Queensland Breakers 2012 SEASON LAUNCH. The launch will be held at the Jubilee Hotel. More details to follow.
